    Due to the size, weight, and/or fragile nature of this item, it will be delivered using 'Curb-Side' Pickup with included liftgate service. This option typically takes 3–6 business days for delivery after order processing.

    Return Policy

     

     Damages & NO RISK POLICY:

    -  In case the item(s) comes damaged to your door you can simply refuse the delivery and we will ship you another one. 
    -  If you find a damage after you opened the packaging take pictures and email to us at support within 48 hours of delivery and we will contact you regarding replacement item(s). Please do not throw the packaging material away as the carrier might have to inspect the shipment to get a claim for damages.

    * Cancellations & Refunds: 
    - 100% refund on orders cancelled before the item is shipped.
    - Once the item is shipped customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on cancelled orders. 
    - You can exchange your order with a similar product within 30 days of the purchase without any restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse and shipping for the replacement product.
    - No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery.
    - Any opened items will be subject to a restocking fee.
    - No cancellations or returns allowed on custom furniture. Any exceptions will need an approval from us.

    This is my 2nd humidor from luxury wine appliances, And I have to say, the Customer Service are great, the humidor is extremely good, feels very modern as well. It glows up the room very well with the nice LED lights..
