Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Kingsbottle

  • 2 YEAR WARRANTY (INCLUDED): KingsBottle provides a warranty that all wine cellars and beverage refrigerators to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase for both parts and labor. (Note: this does not apply to the refurbished units.)
  • 3 YEAR WARRANTY ( optional ): Extends the same warranty as the 2-year warranty for a period of 3 years.
  • 5 YEAR WARRANTY ( optional ): Extends the same warranty as the 2-year warranty for a period of 5 years.
WHO IS COVERED:
  • This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
      • If your refrigerator is not operating properly, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace the refrigerator. KingsBottle may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the refrigerator. All cost for labor and materials is covered for 2-year from the date of purchase. If KingsBottle deems the unit not repairable, KingsBottle will use the value of your original order toward a replacement 
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
  • DAMAGE due to such things as an accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair or any other cause beyond the control of the seller whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the goods sold here are WINE & BEVERAGE COOLERS, which house beer and other wines. Purchaser assumes all the risk of using these units, including the risk of spoilage, humidity variations, temperature variations, leaks, fires, water damage, mold, mildew, dryness and similar perils that may occur.
  • Any DISPOSAL unit.
SPECIAL NOTE
  • Warranty is only honored for the unit which is used in the countries where the unit was initially purchased. And, if your product was purchased at any 3rd party retailer and not directly from KingsBottle, we do not offer an extended warranty policy. You MUST contact the retailer of purchase directly. In the event your retailer does not offer an extended warranty plan, we recommend you contact a third party warranty provider, or purchase the extended warranty service within a maximum of 30 days from the original purchase. However, regardless of the point of purchase, all KingsBottle coolers are backed by a TWO-YEAR manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your KingsBottle products. If the item you received is damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and include all components.
30-Day Return Period
  • If the item is received in good condition, but you change your mind and would like a full refund of the item price (freight excluded), the item must be returned within thirty days from the date the merchandise was received. However, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the return. Please contact us for instructions on the return.
Special Orders
  • On personalized, customized and special orders, orders of parts, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or was customized incorrectly. We must be informed within 5 days of receipt that the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
  • If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including personalized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange. Items received damaged should be refused or appropriately noted as damaged prior to signing for them. Failure to do so limits the ability to file a claim with the carrier and may result in the customer being responsible. Shipping cost will be paid for by Kingsbottle within 30 days for all defective or incorrect items. Damaged shipments are evaluated with the carrier and handled on a case by case basis.
After 30 days
  • If you decide to return your purchase after 30 days, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items after 30 days can not be returned. DISCLAIMER

  • The manufacturer accepts no liability for any spoilage to the content of the refrigerator, not even when the device is within the warranty period. Similarly, the manufacturer accepts no liability for personal injury due to incorrectly stored goods, which are for personal consumption or resale.
  • The parts (PCB board, temperature controller, fans, evaporator coils, condenser coils, compressor, etc) are for replacement on KingsBottle refrigerators only. We do not recommend these parts to be used for repair of other brand refrigerators, we can not guarantee the dimensions fit and the program works properly for other brand refrigerators. All parts are final sales, We don't accept returns, exchange and refund on any parts sold.

Product Warranty

Thank you for your interest in Lanbo products. We are happy to announce effective from Aug 2019, our warranty is 1 year for labor and parts.

 

WARRANTY OPTIONS:

Lanbo provides a one-year warranty that all products to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase for both parts and labor. (Note: this does not apply to the refurbished units.)

1 YEAR WARRANTY (optional): Extends the same warranty as the 1-year warranty for a period of 2 years from purchase date.

2 YEAR WARRANTY (optional): Extends the same warranty as the 2-year warranty for a period of 3 years from purchase date.

3 YEAR WARRANTY (optional): Extends the same warranty as the 3-year warranty for a period of 4 years from purchase date.

 

WHO IS COVERED:

Return Policy

Thank you for doing business with Luxurywineappliances.com We understand that sometimes merchandise may need to be returned. Please see the below requirements for an acceptable return on any Summit, Accucold, or PureTherm item.

Buyer's Remorse

FSI does not have a buyer's remorse policy. To ensure that your customer orders the correct model for their needs, we strongly recommend contacting our sales team by email at contact@luxurywineappliances.com , use our live chat or by phone at: 475 338 36 36 before placing your order.  We are happy to answer any questions about specifications, customization, options, and availability.

Helpful Qualifying Questions Before Placing Order:

  • Confirm the size, description, and color of the unit
  • Application/end use of the product (residential, commercial, medical, general purpose facilities, indoor/outdoor applications, etc.)
  • Counter-height (freestanding use only) vs. Built-in capable
  • Door swing/hinging (note: in the event that a customer orders a customized unit with the wrong door swing on a non-reversible door, the customer is responsible for paying for the door replacement)
  • Extra features, such as monitoring devices, locks, fans, digital thermostats, etc.

Freight Damages

Goods shipped collect or billed to dealers' carriers or via 3rd party logistics companies by customer choice are not eligible for returns. Shipper must file a claim with third party carrier and work out the disposition of the product with the carrier. For unauthorized units returned to FSI, a credit will not be issued.

For damaged shipments shipped with FSI carriers or on FSI trucks, please refuse the shipment. If this is a multi-unit order, please accept the rest of your shipment but refuse the damaged ones. Note damage on proof of delivery paperwork and delivery person will sign and acknowledge damaged notification. Concealed damaged items should be reported within 5 days after accepting delivery.

 

 

Returns

All made-to-order models that include customizations are ineligible for returns. This includes but is not limited to the following list of product options:

  • Thermometer/Alarms/Data Loggers/Digital Thermostats that have been factory-installed
  • Side locks/Keypad/Combination locks/LockBoxes installed
  • Panel-ready units (model name will include "IF", "FR", or "PNR" suffix)
  • ADA undercounter units (Models with "ADA" suffix or "AL" prefix)
  • Refrigerator-freezers and freezers with factory-installed icemakers
  • Glass door models with stainless handles added (model name will include "TB", "HH", "HV", or "SH" suffix)
  • Solid door models with stainless steel or diamond plate wrapped doors and signature handles (model name will include "KS", "SSTB," "SSHV", "SSHH", and "DPL")
  • Glass door models with factory door tints (options T1, T1S/F, T2/F, T3/F, T4/F)
  • Any model with a stainless steel cabinet wrap (model name will include suffix "CSS")

For stock merchandise where a dealer has a canceled order after shipment and wishes to return merchandise, the dealer MUST get an RA (Return Authorization) number from our Claims department.

For eligible returns, merchandise must be in original unopened carton. Digital photographs are requested showing each panel of the appliance for a total of 6 pictures. Opened packages will not be accepted.

  • Merchandise must be undamaged and in new condition upon return to FSI.
  • A 25% restocking will be charged per item returned. A higher percentage may be charged on larger orders where FSI incurs greater cost for inventory balancing.
  • Dealer is responsible for arranging freight of the returned unit.
  • No factory sealed item may be returned after 30 days of original ship date from FSI.
  • Where dealer's original shipment included an embedded full or partial freight cost, the outbound freight charge on canceled orders will further reduce the credit issued.
