Shipping

This item ships from China via sea freight with an estimated arrival time of 30 days. Given its size, weight, and/or delicate construction, it will be delivered using 'Curb-Side' Pickup, including liftgate service for added convenience

Warranty

Includes a 2-year warranty for spare parts and a 3-year warranty for the compressor. If the issue cannot be repaired within this warranty period, the product will be replaced with a new one free of charge.

Return Policy

 Damages & NO RISK POLICY:

-  In case the item(s) comes damaged to your door you can simply refuse the delivery and we will ship you another one. 
-  If you find a damage after you opened the packaging take pictures and email to us at support within 48 hours of delivery and we will contact you regarding replacement item(s). Please do not throw the packaging material away as the carrier might have to inspect the shipment to get a claim for damages.

* Cancellations & Refunds: 
- 100% refund on orders cancelled before the item is shipped.
- Once the item is shipped customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on cancelled orders. 
- You can exchange your order with a similar product within 30 days of the purchase without any restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse and shipping for the replacement product.
- No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery.
- Any opened items will be subject to a restocking fee.
- No cancellations or returns allowed on custom furniture. Any exceptions will need an approval from us.
