The addition of a gorgeous color LCD screen that is highly customizable opens new and exciting possibilities. For each wine on offer, you can provide a detailed flavor profile as well as a recommended food pairing. Use our pre-programmed descriptions or create your own.

Return Policy
Exchanges You must contact us directly before you attempt to return the Product to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for the risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Napa Technology LLC, Napa Technology LLC is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. At Napa Technology LLC’s discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing. Customers will not be refunded any merchant fees or other transaction costs associated with purchases made by credit card (or debit card) or other financial instruments. Customers are hereby advised that in cases for which the return request is made due to a lack of approval from the local jurisdiction or governing body a refund will not be provided. Customers are advised to have all permitting activities completed prior to shipment.
Warranty
The WineStation One Year Parts Warranty provides all non-consumable parts such as Circuit Boards, Power Supplies, Fans, and Motors. This coverage does not include consumable accessories such as Clean-Pour Dispensing Heads, Pick Up Tubes, AccuServe Smartcards, and Dimming LCDs. This coverage also includes annual phone support warranty.
