Great Afidano humidor.

We really like this dispenser so far. No instructions came with it and Googling didn’t help much since no manuals exactly matched ours. We called support and they were VERY helpful. He emailed us the correct manual.

Turns out, the gas regulator for the home version turns clockwise to open it vs normal valves. Plus, we had the stopper in backwards due to the image in the manual being limited. The support rep got us going in no time.

We plan to buy another dispenser for our second home if we can find room.

This is my 2nd humidor from luxury wine appliances, And I have to say, the Customer Service are great, the humidor is extremely good, feels very modern as well. It glows up the room very well with the nice LED lights..

I purchased MON3800A, what a humidor, looks fantastic, would have been a A+ if the shelves would have had guides, shelves fall forward when pulled out. But it works great! It’s a plus with WiFi connections and I can watch it from anywhere, the app is a little cheap. It was damaged during shipping, they quickly took care of the issue, very satisfied
