80-bottle storage. 4-bottle argon dispensing. One floor-standing unit. Here's exactly who it's for, what the specs actually mean, and whether the 6–8 week lead time is worth the wait.
The WineStation Cellar solves a problem that most wine dispensers ignore: what to do with the 76 bottles you're not actively pouring. Every other dispenser in the WineStation lineup handles up to 4 open bottles — but then what? Those bottles still need to be stored somewhere at the correct temperature, in the correct orientation, away from light and vibration.
The Cellar is the answer when that "somewhere" needs to be the same unit. It merges Napa Technology's Clean-Pour® dispensing system — the same one in the Pristine Plus — with a commercial-grade 80-bottle wine refrigerator, all in a single 74-inch floor-standing cabinet.
The WineStation Cellar has a 6–8 week lead time plus delivery. At 240 lbs it requires two or more people for installation and is a permanent floor placement. Plan for both before ordering. Contact us first if you have questions about delivery logistics.
Lead time and weight confirmed across multiple authorized retailer listings and Napa Technology specifications, March 2026.The cabinet is divided into two functional zones. The upper section houses the WineStation dispenser: four bottle positions, each with a Clean-Pour® dispensing head, individual LCD display, and WineGas™ argon preservation. This is the same dispensing system as the Pristine Plus — nothing is compromised by combining it with the cooler below.
The lower section is a commercial-grade wine refrigerator holding 80 bottles across five slide-out wooden shelves. Sixteen bottles per shelf in a double-stacked configuration. Temperature is independently controlled across the full range of 41°F to 68°F — cold enough for sparkling, warm enough for full-bodied reds. The wooden shelves are gentle on labels and designed to keep bottles horizontal for long-term storage.
The workflow is logical: your collection lives in the lower cooler at correct long-term storage temperature. When you want to open a bottle, you transfer it to one of the four dispenser positions upstairs, which brings it to correct serving temperature and preserves it for up to 60 days with WineGas™ argon.
The defining advantage of the Cellar is eliminating the gap between storage and service. Without it, your stored wine needs to be moved to a separate fridge, refrigerator, or room-temperature area before it can be served. With the Cellar, your collection is always within 10 feet of your dispenser, at the correct temperature, and one transfer away from a perfectly preserved open bottle.

The WineStation Cellar is equally at home in commercial environments. Hotel suites, private members' clubs, and high-end restaurant back bars all benefit from the same combination: a serious storage solution and a precision dispenser that logs every pour, locks against unauthorised access, and keeps four premium bottles fresh for up to 60 days. See our full overview of wine dispensers for hotels and wine dispensers for restaurants for commercial ROI details.
Lead time is real. 6–8 weeks plus delivery is standard for this unit. If you need something in two weeks, order a Pristine Plus instead. The Cellar is made to order and ships as a custom build.
240 lbs means committed placement. This is not a unit you move seasonally. Plan the location before ordering — it needs adequate floor strength, clearance for the door, and a dedicated electrical outlet. The shipping company drops at the entrance; installation services are not included.
WineGas™ argon is an ongoing cost. Each 34L canister covers approximately 40 bottles of preservation. Volume-dependent — a high-use commercial environment will go through canisters faster than a home bar used on weekends. Napa Technology's WineGas™ is proprietary to their systems.
The WineStation Cellar is not for everyone — and it's honest about that. At 240 lbs with a 6–8 week lead time, it demands commitment. But if you're building a serious wine setup and want storage and service in one elegant unit, nothing else comes close at this price. The Pristine Plus dispenser inside it is unchanged — same 60-day argon, same Clean-Pour® precision, same programmable pours. The Cellar just adds 80 bottles of commercial-grade cold storage underneath it. Score: 9/10 — lose a point only for the lead time and logistics.
